Event: Hope Against Hope in Kent

One of my prize employees, Abi Olufeko, is hosting an event entitled “Hope Against Hope.” It will be held on September 30, 2017 at 8 pm. The venue is the Junior League building, 526 E. 300 S. in downtown SLC.

The goal of the event is to bring everyone together, more so in the aftermath of what has recently taken place in Charlottesville.

A quote from Abi is below.

In these hard times of persistent subjugation, police brutality, and the need for an all-inclusive society, could we love ourselves enough to hope, to believe?

Could we love ourselves strong beyond the rams of intolerance; could we love as it were against hope?

Join us as we strengthen the hands that hang down and the feeble knees! Join us as we inspire all to inclusion, rouse to hope those that are cast down; join us as we bring all tongue, all faith, and all people together through poetry, music and delectable food.

Join us for a night of self-love.
